☠️ The Workout - Cardio Day ☠️
I have to admit I was feeling really flat last night, had no energy and wasn't feeling the greatest. I had a really tough day at work so I think I was just feeling really drained from that.
I decided to just take it easy last night with my run and not push myself to the max.
I still managed to do a fairly decent run, but it's times like this when your more likely to end up getting sick. Sometimes you just gotta take it easy.
