The Steem price varies a lot. Sometimes it's around $1 and sometimes it's almost 1,8 as much. In the charts I have seen at some point it even has been around $4,3. That must have resulted in huge profits. For both posting and trading. And it has even seen lows around 7 and 8 cents. Must have been a lot of people just selling of their Steem. Would have been awesome to have known about Steem back then. But that goes for a lot of cryptocurrencies.
