I was glad to pass through school in this current age where there are a lot of side hustles that students can do to earn a living and not totally depend on their parents. Unlike those days of our fathers, where the side hustles were mainly physical and stressful work, but for now, there are a lot of things students can engage in on their phones and they'll earn money to help them live with ease.
As for me, I was engaged in three to four works that earned me money while I was in school and most of them were done online.
The one I did the most was helping someone sell stationery. This was a very big business back in the days when I was schooling because students used and still use exercise books, pens of all kinds, sheets of paper (mainly used for texts and assignments) and many others. There was this guy I was close with, who liked me and told me to help him. I started by making my presence available to support him whenever we were free. I got tipped fairly and our bond grew and I started handling the whole thing for him whenever he's not around.
We made the arrangement based on mutual ground, there was no actual amount of money I got paid daily. Sometimes, I received up to three naira daily and sometimes just one thousand naira was enough especially on days that patronage didn't catch well.

The other side hustles I did were online-based. I invested money online and was earning profits on a steady basis. Although the end later appeared in the form of Ponzi, I earned a good amount of money, which helped me sort out a lot of bills. The platforms were from a source I was sure of, so I had no issue putting my money and in the end, I didn't lose at all because my profits were big. Although, it was a small percentage earning but a steady flow, so I just took it as a side hustle.
Thanks.
