I visited the city of Muş last week. During my visit, I went to some of the most popular places in Muş. Recently, the settlement in Muş has been expanding towards the plains. Previously, houses were located on the slopes and foothills of the mountains. There are efforts to re-establish settlements in this direction. Especially in the summer, the detached houses used as summer residences are situated in a commanding position overlooking the city. Muş is quite hot and oppressive in the summer months. The houses built on these hills are approximately 200-300 meters higher than the city center. This causes a significant temperature difference.

The houses in the valley seem to be at your feet. You have a clear view of the city from this commanding hilltop.

To reach this hill, you need to follow the stabilized road shown in the photo. In winter, this road is almost impossible. It turns into mud, and your car will get stuck.

New residential areas have opened up on the opposite side of the hill where I live. New roads and new houses have been built. The roads could be modernized. Perhaps then some people would want to stay there even during the winter months. Living in a house with a wonderful view, far from the noise of the city, could be a different feeling.

It's not clearly visible in the photo, but new houses have been built in areas with snow-covered mountains. The snow there might not melt until mid-June. The roads are probably closed. Building a summer house there might not be very practical. They might have to install stoves there starting in September.

Although I have been to Muş province many times before, this was my first time visiting this hill. I liked it very much. With more modern roads and infrastructure, it could become a more attractive center. It could be transformed into a more enjoyable place with services like a cable car.
Muş iline daha önce birçok kez gitmiş olmama rağmen, bu tepeyi ilk kez ziyaret ettim. Çok beğendim. Daha modern yollar ve altyapı ile daha çekici bir merkez haline gelebilir. Teleferik gibi hizmetlerle daha keyifli bir yere dönüştürülebilir.
