Dancing with my hula hoop in the park to Wicked Games by Parra for Cuva. See if you can hear the birds tweeting - so sweet! I'm using my heavy travel hoop which is easy to hoop with but gives a good work out. It's also handy if it gets windy because it just SLICES through the air ;D
