This is a very easy dish for the lazy cookers. Also it is a dish you can eat during diets to avoid too many fats.
Ingredients: 250gr ground pork, 300gr ground beef, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp of paprika, ½ tsp of ground oregano, 1 grated onion, 1 bunch of spearmint chopped, ½ bunch of parsley chopped, salt and pepper to taste, ½ cup of water. Optional: you are free to add olive oil; I didn’t as I wanted to make them as light as possible
We put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well with our hands. Generally water makes the burgers more fluffy.. We make small burgers (I did about 20-23 small burgers) and put them on an oily tray, in the oven. We bake for 30’ in 180C. Check if they are grilled according to your preference.
Ingredients for the dip: 1/2kg Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of chopped dill, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Optional: add a little ketchup if you want the dip to be more sweet
Mix all ingredients together and serve with lemon. Personally I had some pickled tomatoes to escort the dish.
Enjoy!
