New Green Sauce Recipe - Bangladeshi Style
Ingredients:
1 whole onion
1 whole garlic
8-10 Green Chili
250gm Coriander Leaf
1 tea spoon Fish sauce
1/2 tea spoon Mastered Oil
25ml tamarind juice
25ml water
Salt as par taste
Process:
First fine chop the onion and pill the garlic to take the cloves. Wash out the coriander leaf and take the leaf part with some of the the upper root part. Cut the green chili in two pieces vertically.
Cooking:
Take 1/2 tea spoon of mastered oil in a non sticky frying pan and put all chopped onion, garlic clove, coriander leaf and green chili and fry them in low heat for 15 minutes. After frying put all these in a grinder to mashed or you can use mortar-pestle to mashed them.
After finely mashed you will get a green paste. Add tamarind juice, fish sauce and water in to the paste and mix it well. Make sure that the sauce is juicy enough otherwise ad some water. Add salt at finishing as you like.
You can ad a little bit of fried seeds of dried red chili on the top.
Your Green Sauce is ready. You can taste is with fried chicken, french fries, fried fish even you will get a mouth watering taste with beef stake.
