Seeing as we've posted before regarding blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation, market analysis, and all things blockchain, we figured in the interest of transparency, we'd introduce ourselves! We put a lot of time and effort into our research, so feel free to reach out with any and all questions, suggested topics, etc.

Andrew is the Co-Founder and CEO of Titan Ventures. An expert in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, Andrew holds a Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Drexel University, where he wrote his thesis on the governmental regulation of cryptocurrencies and blockchain businesses. Andrew has now spent more than 6 years within the crypto space, providing consulting for individuals and businesses on how to implement and/or participate in blockchain technologies.
An attorney by trade, Andrew also is a published author, writing about topics ranging from blockchain implementation in the public sector to regulatory compliance for all crypto and blockchain related businesses.
Evgeny Pogorelov, Chief Technology Officer
Evgeny Pogorelov is a business architect and strategist with extensive startup experience. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Drexel University, Evgeny has worked with startups in the energy, retail, and financial sectors. His diverse skill sets include data analytics, business strategy, financial modeling, marketing optimization, marketing technology, and machine learning. He is also an avid coder.
He bought his first Bitcoin in 2013 and has been focused on the blockchain space ever since. Through his experiences investing in crypto assets and ICOs, he has assembled the unique knowledge and tools necessary to stay ahead of the curve in the blockchain investment space. Having weathered the Mt. Gox collapse and its aftermath, Evgeny has a unique understanding of the value of smart token storage and custody.
Tyler Harttraft, Chief Operating Officer
Tyler discovered Bitcoin while receiving his JD from Drexel University in intellectual property law. What was once a hobby quickly became a full-blown passion for understanding all aspects of crypto assets, and blockchain technology. Tyler has worked in the crypto mining space for 5 years, starting with his first GPU rig back in 2014.
Tyler is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Trademarks and Internet Committee, which focuses on developing educational resources and monitoring emerging policies concerning topics such as domain name abuse, the dark web, and Blockchain. Tyler is also a published author who writes on developments in intellectual property law, Blockchain, and tech start-up topics.
