- Submissions must include sufficient detail to reproduce the bug.
- The writing style should be formal and informative.

You should have provided detail into the video type you uploaded, the file size, the image type you uploaded, image size, the exact fields you fill out and the ones you didn't and these should have been formatted in a way that provided clear steps to reproduce.
As this particular issue doesn't occur for all users it's very important that you provide all the information required for a user to be able to replicate this issue.
