To prepare the exhibition the first thing we did was to help him research the topic of lithosphere, this we did with the help of some web search engines where we managed to gather good information on the subject, here I recommend some:

In this first step we were able to teach Diego how to search on the internet the topics that he was sent to research at school. Because like many children, he only knew how to search for games. We managed to make him learn that the internet has a lot more than the games and series he was looking for. Of course, step by step. And this was important for him.
Once we had the information, we showed Diego how to make his notes to prepare for the exhibition. The notes and their organization are valuable for the way in which the child develops his presentation, these were organized in cards as follows:
1.- Introduction: Here he says his name and what he has to talk about.
2.- Development: This is where we say what the topic is about.
3.- Closing: A brief conclusion and we say goodbye.
Once the cards were prepared we had to practice, we think that learning by heart the topics for the presentations is quite tedious, so we use practice with the little ones, in the case of Diego he likes to do things and that is how he learns, so for his first presentation he wrote his cards and then with the support sheet he repeated what he was going to say. This worked very well for him, he was able to learn the exposition in a fun way because he thought of it as a game while pointing to the poster.
Another resource we used was the visual support sheet, this time Diego made it in the classroom, so the picture of the sheet is his own work without help and that filled us with joy, because we were very nervous thinking about whether or not he would be able to adapt to this new grade considering that the previous ones were with us at home.
Preparing an exhibition is a great responsibility, many children are frustrated in these first experiences, that is why as parents we must take the necessary time to make everything go very well and they feel confident in their own performance. Preparando una exposición oral acerca de la litosfera.
Para preparar la exposición lo primero que hicimos fue ayudarlo a investigar el tema de litosfera, esto lo hicimos con ayuda de algunos buscadores web donde logramos recabar buena información acerca del tema, aquí les recomiendo algunos:

En este primer paso logramos ir enseñando a Diego como se busca en internet los temas que en la escuela le Mandan a investigar. Porque como muchos niños, el solo sabía buscar juegos. Logramos hacer que aprendiera que el internet tiene muchas cosas que los juegos y series que buscaba. Claro paso a paso. Y este fue importante para él.
Una vez que teníamos la información, mostramos a Diego como hacer sus apuntes para preparar la exposición. Los apuntes y su organización son valioso de eso depende la forma en la cual el niño desarrolla su exposición, estos se organizaron en fichas de la siguiente forma:
1.- Introducción: Aquí el dice su nombre y de que le corresponde hablar.
2.- Desarrollo: es donde decimos de que se trata el tema.
3.- Cierre: Una breve conclusión y nos despedimos.
Una vez elaboradas las fichas debíamos practicar, nosotros pensamos que aprender de memoria los temas para las exposiciones es bastante tedioso, por eso usamos con los pequeños la práctica, en el caso de Diego le gusta hacer las cosas y así aprende por ello, para su primera exposición el escribió sus fichas y luego con la lámina de apoyo repetía lo que iba a decir. Esto le funcionó muy bien logro aprenderse de forma divertida la exposición pues pensaba en ella como un juego mientras señalaba la lámina.
Otro recurso que utilizamos fue la lámina de apoyo visual, en esta oportunidad Diego la realizó en el salón de Clases, así que la foto de la lámina es obra suya de él solo sin ayuda y eso nos llenó de alegría, porque estábamos muy nerviosos pensando en sí lograría adaptarse o no a este nuevo grado considerando que los anteriores fueron con nosotros en casa.
Preparar una exposición es una gran responsabilidad, muchos niños resultan frustrados en estas primeras experiencias, es por ello que como padres debemos tomarnos el tiempo necesario para hacer que todo les salga muy bien y ellos se sientan seguros de su propio desempeño.
