Che casino - What a mess

Non leggo più giornali, o meglio, non leggo più giornali cartacei. Oggi è molto più facile informarsi dagli altri media. Mi piace in particolare andare a spulciare le ultimissime sul sito dell’Ansa. Oggi l’ho fatto e mi è caduto l’occhio sulla notizia relativa al caso del bimbo nato da una coppia di donne napoletane con procreazione assistita, per cui i giudici della corte di appello di Napoli hanno sancito che anche la madre non biologica è da considerarsi all’anagrafe madre. Risultato finale, un bambino con due madri e padre ignoto. Che casino. E si, scusatemi la franchezza. Un gran casino. Ma non solo dal punto di vista burocratico. Quello che considero il vero casino è la parte etica della vicenda. E se ne sentono di opinioni diverse. Ovviamente il grigio è diffuso, ma a colpire sono sempre le posizioni del bianco e del nero. Dei pro e dei contro delle visioni estremistiche. Risultato? Un gran casino. Coi giudici che con le sentenze si sostituiscono alla politica. Assente come sa esserlo spesso quando serve. Adesso vorrete sapere la mia sulla vicenda. Invece no! Ho la mia idea. Mi piacerebbe invece ascoltare la vostra.

Grazie per il commento. Adesso vi dico come la penso.
Come sapete a me piace contestualizzare. Siamo in tempi in cui le coppie omosessuali sono riconosciute e non destano scalpore come facevano qualche anno fa. Una emersione da un sommerso sempre presente, in qualsiasi epoca, che da il senso del progresso e della variazione dell’etica collettiva.
E non c’è da stupirsi se poi queste unioni partoriscono voglie di famiglia classica ovvero di maternità o paternità ma in generale direi procreazione. Appunto procreazione.
Sarebbe da analizzare meglio questo tema che invece quelli di maternità o paternità, in quanto derivati dal concetto principale di procreazione.
Il nodo chiave è la procreazione infatti. Ciò che la natura ha vincolato alla comunione di uomo e donna e che può essere bypassato da pratiche al limite di qualsiasi morale.
Ma non voglio affrontare questo discorso, arrivando alla conclusione che, essendo pratiche sdoganate in diversi paesi del mondo, trasferiscono il loro carico di discussione su pratiche burocratiche banali all’apparenza ma appunto cariche di altri significati.
Certe volte occorrerebbe il buon senso. Occorrerebbe soffiare sull’incendio quando è ancora una fiammella. Occorrerebbe confondere la morale chiamando in maniera diversa le cose. Lasciando il senso dietro la coltre di fumo di parole che hanno altri significati consolidati.
Si eviterebbero polemiche inutili e si assicurerebbero diritti a chi non ha scelto di trovarsi in quella situazione. Un bambino non sceglie mai. Noi si. A noi la soluzione.

As you know I like to contextualize. We are in a time when homosexual couples are recognized and do not cause a sensation as they did a few years ago. An emergence from a submerged one always present, in any epoch, that gives the sense of the progress and the variation of the collective ethics.
And it is not surprising that these unions then give birth to the birth of a classic family, that is, of motherhood or fatherhood, but in general I would say procreation. Just procreation.
It would be better to analyze this theme instead of maternity or paternity, as derived from the main concept of procreation.
The key issue is procreation in fact. What nature has bound to the communion of man and woman and which can be bypassed by practices to the limit of any moral.
But I do not want to deal with this discourse, coming to the conclusion that, being practices cleared in different countries of the world, they transfer their burden of discussion on apparently trivial bureaucratic paperwork but precisely with other meanings.
Common sense would be needed sometimes. It would be necessary to blow on the fire when it is still a flame. Morality should be confused by calling things differently. Leaving the sense behind the blanket of words that have other consolidated meanings.
We would avoid unnecessary controversy and secure rights for those who did not choose to be in that situation. A child never chooses. We do. The solution to us.
