MISSING HOME
I have been away from hometown for years and stay mostly in big city of Sabah , Kota Kinabalu . Even the home town is quite near , around 2 hours drive or more if the traffic is jammed , it was very rare for me to come home . Not because i dont want to come but because the travel in jammed make me feel irritated . In addition , i cant drive for long drive because i have been in major accident about 3 times . My body cant do the long drive because it easily getting tired and this ll make me sleepy while im driving. So , i always prefer to not have a long drive especially alone.
Even i hate drive long journey , i always miss going home where i grow up. I miss to have my mother cook . So im trying to have reason to go home. After reunion with my brother , 
A LITTLE BACKGROUND WITH ME AND
He is my adopted brother and we grow up together since i was little kid . We play hard at my grandparent paddy field while they still around . We farm the paddy field together, go to river , do a lot of thing and even being punish by my mother together . We been away from each other after high school , where he come to town to find job , while im continue my study in local university . We almost didnt talk or contact each other more than 10 years .
FARMING SOME IDEA
I've been solo travelling around ASEAN around 3 years . I have meet new people , learn new things and more of all i learn how to survive . Learning new thing and seeing new culture and idea has open my mind into a lot of possibility of life. In Thailand , the good , delicious and healthy fruit make me interest to start the organic farm in my home town .
I suggest the idea of organic farm to my brother and he also interested to venture in this idea. But, we need to have more initial capital to start that organic farm especially we have to hired worker to look after the farm which we still lack of capital . So instead of starting with the organic farm , we decide to start with raising egg duck . After the duck egg give more return , then we can start with the organic farm in future. :).
THE JOURNEY BEGIN
We start with 250 ducklings , they come in 2 batch . First batch is around 100 ducklings and the second batch (after 1 month period is another 150)
The first batch :
Since we still dont have proper cage at first , we only can put them in our bathroom . Some didnt survive but still a lot of them survive.
The second batch :
This is the second batch. It is very important to keep them warm because they still dont have feather at the time they being send. After both batch been send to our home , only 200 duckling survive and this mean we only have 200 new family in the house.
NEW HOME FOR THE DUCK
This is their home sweet home after they starting have their feather . The first batch is at the right and the second batch at the left . We still cant mix them because the senior always want to bully the junior .
We still put the lamp lower to warm their body because their feather is still growing
THEY EAT A LOT
After they start growing , we realise that they eat a lot . I mean super a lot of food consumption . They can eat 1 full sacks everyday . They still not produce eggs for running capital but already shrinking our budget . Lucky we have our own machine to process the paddy to grain , and the we can use the paddy husk as their food at the moment.
1 MONTH TO GO
Usually the duck start giving eggs after 5 month , now they have strong feather . There still 1 month to go until they start giving eggs. I cant wait that time come because the capital is now almost zero for to give food for them . We cant give all husk paddy for them because they need vitamin and nutrition for them to give good eggs.
There is no boundary between the junior and senior because they already can survive now. But there still some duck which get sick and dead . Current total is around 190 of ducks . We still planning to add more ducks in the future . Our target is total of 1000 ducks as part of the family . It might takes some times because there will more cost and the organic farm is still going on . But , i think its better to have some target so at least we got another milestone to reach.
REASON TO COME HOME
This is our reason to regularly to come home now , because we have this project to take care with
