That's an IM by Mark when he was starting Facebook; he joked about how strange people were willing to share private data with him. He called them dumbfcks.
Now, it is more than 1.5billion dumb fcks including maybe you and me. Well, I think the degree "dumbfkness" varies in proportion of your life you release on facebook. How much of your private life do you flaunt on Facebook?

Some are 20DumFs, some 1KiloDumFs, some 100KDumFs. Some range in the Mega, some Giga, where DumF is the unit of measuring Dumbf*ckness.
