Incredible day for running a good workout. After yesterday’s storm the scenario today was impressive. Soft temperature and no wind, besides the ground was really soft because the humidity but without big puddles or mud.
The plan for today was to run 12 repetitions of 400m in progression, so after the correspondent warm up, we started at 1'30" (3'45"/km) the first repetition and we end the last one very strong at 1'16" (3'10"/km).
The sensations have been good during all the workout taking into account that the recovery between repetitions was short, just 1 minute.
So, the Training Plan is really giving good results and the best of all is that my body is absorbing the training load very well, for the moment...
