I really needed to go for running today...
Very busy days at work lately, I’m fortunate to have the Running track so close, always waiting for me...
Last-but-one soft workout before the race, 35’ of soft run, 118 bpm of heart beat frequency followed by 5 repetitions of 200m, Run in progression pace, recovering 100m jogging...
Very easy training but strong enough to maintain my best fit.
