This is my entry for the Photo filters and effect #createthatlook! an effects / filters contest started by Hive account@drakernoise and @ bliss11 where you can transform and be creative with any effect and filter you want in any of your photos.

To achieve the final result, first start by adding seated edges to create the first look of the image.

Then place the pointillist filter, it is transformed with effects of many points.

I wanted a more pronounced look and I used Sumi-e giving that effect of a monochrome painting.

And to finish I just played a little bit in photoshop using bubble brushes and change the color balance, to get the final result.
