Personally, I think this is the easiest, quickest and cleanest way to make Crepe Pancakes.
Who doesn't love a sweet crepe style pancake? The opitions to jazz it up are almost endless; I am huge fan of Chocolate and Strawberries, but then I also love Maple Syrup, Jam, Lemon and Sugar - well you get the point ..... endless!
Now, the way I make them is in a food blender; it keeps everything contained in one place and you can pour the batter into your frying pan straight from the jug and easily store what you don't use for later.
Simply throw everything in together, so that's Flour, Milk, Egg and melted Butter - then hit the power button and mix until smooth without over mixing.
Cook them in a large frying pan over a medium heat with a little butter, each pancake won't take more than a couple of minutes.
For 6-8 pancakes you'll need:
325ml Milk
150g Plain Flour
1 Egg
30g Butter (melted)
Your choice of toppings: Recommend chocolate & Strawberries, Lemon & Sugar, Syrup and fresh cream.... go wild!
