Financial literacy has been one of the things that each person should have and I am happy to read it on a news article that they are going to teach young students on how to be financially literate especially here in the Philippines wherein there's a huge need for financial literacy.
As per the article they will have it rolled to certain schools in the Metro Manila targeting the kids which is I think a very awesome move. A good grasp in financial literacy can make wonders not only to the kid but also to his family in the future.
Also that is the reason why I decided to enroll in Financial Management course because I do want to help people get out of their debts.
This is going to be a weekly sessions that tackle savings and investing. Since a lot of us are not that financially literate.
Honestly speaking, if you will be attending a financial literacy seminar or even a stocks or investment seminar sometimes it is quite costly because there are fees involved like the payment for the speakers and the venue. But with this bold action I felt envious to those students and I want to go back to being a grade 6 pupil in that way I can be coached too (¬‿¬)
Yeah and good job on doing it Manulife! Once I graduated I will definitely apply as one of your Financial Advisors in the near future. Since one of my friend is also working there and he is super happy about the experience.
As one of his post on his FB account.
I certainly do not want this thing to happen to me too.
So how about you what is your insight on this decision by Manulife? Upvote and comment below and I will definitely check in your responses (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
