Funny that while we got snow early this year, we haven't had much since (although the cold hasn't let us forget it's winter, even before it became official yesterday). However on this day two years ago, we were getting hit with yet another storm. As always, the Blue Jays were not deterred by a few (thousand) flakes of snow, and spent a lot of time bouncing back and forth from my feeders to the Shagbark Hickory tree behind them. I posted a couple of shots back then on my blog, but here are two (of the thousand I took...lol) I haven't shared before.
