Mental clarity can escape anyone. somedays you are just here awake, but you don't have the mind to do anything. Even those things that you promised yourself to keep doing, your resolutions, your daily tasks...That was so easy before but some days even the easiest tasks may seem impossible!
Imagine if you could hit the reset button on your brain the way you do when you reboot your computer? that would be great!! No!!
The problem is if you don't figure out to find a solution, one day become two days, then become a week and even more. You can lose a lot of time without understanding what's happening.
In this article, I want to share with you what I'm doing personally to absorb those days and to refresh my mind on a regular basis.
here a list of my favorites activities to reset my mind and came back with even more energy,
- Exercise outside
Exercise helps to prevent low mental function that's caused by stress and aging. When you sit still, your body systems are at rest, Moving your body helps wake up your mind, you will feel more energy and The combination of fresh air and exercise will stimulate the blood flow to your brain so you will regain clarity and focus. 30 min a day is fair enough to get the benefits.
- Daily nap
A 20-minute nap provides significant benefits for improved alertness and performance, you can schedule a quick nap into your day the better is after lunch.
- Drink water
Most people are chronically dehydrated, and studies show dehydration causes downgrades of the brain function.you must at least drink 2.LITER per day and If the taste bores you, add mint leaves or slices of lemon, orange or anything else you like.
- Music
I love music so it's for me and for most of the people a source of positive energy, listening to the songs you like will for sure help you change and refresh your mind.
