What is this report?

One of the reactions to the summaries being left by Transparency Bot is to downvote the comment in an effort to hide it or at least put it at the bottom of the list so no one will notice it. Of course, the voter probably also hopes to degrade the reputation of this project and associated tools.

This report shows the largest voter (per link) who downvoted one or more of Transparency Bots comments and also provides a link to that comment to allow you to restore its visibility (by upvoting the comment) if you so choose.
