It's my try to get something like KFC chicken, but, oh, not so beautiful - and to be honest, not the same taste. But believe me, it's tasty :)
Corn flour, water with flour (like a glue), chili, rosemary (or any other spices);
and you should put the chicken in some marinade for an hour before cooking (for example, wine with salt and pepper).
OMG, I've done it and it's good :)
