I'm trying to learn more about cryptocurrency mining because it seems like something that could be profitable and might also be another way to diversify cryptocurrency activities and investments.
As I'm just learning I really don't know where to start or where the best resources are.
I would love to find a resource that can help me go from start to finish, in terms of setting up a cryptocurrency mining rig, or optimizing a home computer (I'll probably have to start there).
And to be honest I don't know if it's even profitable to start with a home computer! Is it? :)
I'd also love to know...what mistakes do I need to be sure to avoid? and what opportunities do I need to be sure not to miss?
I watched this video and really I found it to be a bit conflicting in its information as compared to other sources.
He says that he is running a mining rig the cost him $37,000 for a profit of $2000 a month.
In terms of investments in the financial world that's still a great return, of course.
He would break even in about a year and a half...but it seems that there are other much more lucrative returns out there?
Also, if you watch the video I think you'll agree that he makes the whole cryptocurrency mining process look incredibly complicated and time-consuming, but I don't know if that's the way it is, of if that is just the way it is for him, or what?
If you have any experience in cryptocurrency mining I would love to hear your thoughts about it and what your experiences have been.
