Hi guys! Good day! I just want to share my digital artwork and the story behind it.

Out and Proud

I'm a proud bisexual and I love it. I'm loving every second of my life since I came out of the closet. At first I was so afraid to let everyone know about it, because I was terrified of what they are going to say. But I met someone who made me disregard the people's view about my sexuality. She is the reason why I am now out and proud. I can be whoever I want when I'm with her. Thank you so much Casey (Hive account@aboutart) for giving me the courage and for not letting go.

Love is Love

Love is love no matter what color, gender or condition it is. It is all the same as long as it is true. People can love whoever they want. It is not a crime to love somebody with the same gender. And you don't have to label ourselves just to satisfy them. If someone says she/he is gay, lesbian, bi, queer or straight it doesn't matter cause in the end we are all equal. Love is a wonderful thing specially when it is being shared. Spread it! Don't hate someone for not being what they are supposed to be.

So guys this art is my way of supporting all of the LGBTQ people in the world. I'm gonna show you guys a quick step by step procedure of making this art using only 5 color palettes.

Procedure

Let's start

First of all as I've mentioned I'm just gonna use 5 colors for this art. These are the colors that I used.👇 I used a tone of violet as a color palette because it is my favorite and I heard that violet will be the color of the year.

First color is pink for the background.

Then I drew the outline of the drawing using a pentool.

Then I colored the skin with a lighter tone of pink.

I also colored the facial feature with dark violet.

I colored the hair with dark violet as well.

Next I colored the beanie with violet.

Then I added some shadows. For the skin, I used pink which is the same with the background. For the beanie, dark violet which is the same as the color of the hair.

I added some shadows on the hair using a darker tone of pink.

Lastly is the text. I just made it simple and just added some simple design and a simple font.

There you have it guys. I hope you like this art that I did. This art represents a big chunk of who I am. And to my fellow members of the LGBTQ, keep spreading the love and keep being colorful and beautiful.
