Earning Bitcoin, well Satoshi’s, playing games is a dream most of us have regularly. I know I enjoy getting paid to play a fun discursion here and there. The problem is in finding games that are fun and pay well. The latest in crypto gaming to catch my attention is Bitcoin Builder 3D, I saw this one in an advertisement in another crypto game I was playing. Your goal is to demolish one thing and build another in its place. Along the way you just might find a Satoshi or two.
The Financial Situation is Not Good
You can probably already guess based on my tone so far that Bitcoin Builder is not going to be a high earning game. It is not. I played through several levels and amassed a whopping 49 Satoshis. At current exchange rates, that is about 4 cents. As of this writing, it takes about 12.2 Satoshis to make a penny.
That is not great news.
Sure, I only spent about half an hour or so to earn that but nobody wants to make 8 to 10 cents an hour, even if it is just playing games.
I can say, so far, these crypto games have had varied ads. Even though it is the same company, they often have 3 to 5 different ads in rotation, so it is not as annoying as 2019 era Hulu with 3 of the exact same ads on repeat.
The ads I saw were for other crypto games, a common thing with these games. Some will be featured here in the future.
Graphically Cute and Fun
Now that we have the money earning aspect covered, let’s discuss the actual game of Bitcoin Builder 3D. Since you know you are not going to make a lot of money, you may be wondering if the game is any good as a saving grace here.
I enjoyed the time I spent with Bitcoin Builder 3D. You simply touch and hold the screen, and your character goes about their assigned job. After each segment of the job is finished there is an ad. Obviously, this is where you earn Satoshis from so sit back and do something else for 20 to 30 seconds between rounds of construction work.
Walls fall with lots of little animations, concrete pours out of the mixer, etc. It is a cute animation style the developers have decided upon here.
Progressing Through Bitcoin Builder 3D
Levels don’t really exist in Bitcoin Builder 3D. You build in stages though. The first is always demolition or preparing the site for construction (swimming pools, parking lots, etc). Then you move onto the next stage until finished. There are advertisements between each stage, but not all ads pay any Satoshis. I believe my average was a couple Satoshis for every second advertisement I saw.
As you progress you can invest in your worker – their speed, stamina, and how much money you earn from their work.
Bitcoin Builder 3D is a very simple game, just touch and hold and your worker does his required job. No need to steer him or click different tools or anything. Just tough and hold.
Bitcoin Builder 3D is not going to hold your attention all that long if you need engaging gameplay to hold you. It is a fun casual game that will give you a few Satoshis for watching A LOT of ads.
Ultimately, the ads to earning ratio is too low for me to warrant keeping Bitcoin Builder 3D installed on my phone. There are other games I will cover soon that are a better earning opportunity with slightly more engaging gameplay wrapped around the ads.
If you want to grab Bitcoin Builder 3D and give it a try for yourself, grab it on Google Play.
