Hello!
How are you? I hope you are fine. Today I will be sharing with you the recipe for Tarhana, a local flavor. Tarhana is a medicinal food item made in the Anatolian region of Turkey. Unfortunately, there is no solid state like this everywhere, so my grandfathers from the town send me too. Since I eat fast food very often in city life, I need this kind of local, natural food, and I do it whenever I have the opportunity. It is not a flavor that is very popular with the new generation, but I like it very much. It tastes very delicious to me, of course, when my parents fed it to me, I did not want to eat it at all, but now I try to eat such healing foods very often because I understand the importance of healthy eating better. When I decided to prepare it today, I wanted to shoot the stages for you. I wanted a little difference. Let's move on to my recipe if you wish!
Necessary materials ;
- 7 pieces of tarhana
1 bowl of chickpeas
Mint
Butter
Fabrication ;
First of all, we put the tarhana and chickpeas in the pressure cooker.
Then we add the salt in it. We do not add a different spice!
Then add water to half of the pot and close the pot lid.
We bring the pressure cooker to the highest temperature because it will take time to cook because it contains chickpeas. It cooks more easily at a high temperature. Let it cook in this way for 1 hour on low heat.
Let's check our food at the end of 1 hour, if the chickpeas have softened, let's turn off the stove.Finally, add a spoonful of butter and a spoonful of mint to a frying pan to make a greasy sauce on it.
And pour the sauce over our food. Here it is done! The kitchen smells amazingly good..
I hope you like the recipe. I wanted to share it with you to make a difference. Now I'm going to dinner..👩🍳
