Here is a nice look at the Sultan Cave.

Before you go in make sure to have plenty of room just encase you find a lot of good items you want to keep. Always go with enough fire power to take a brute out if needed.

Inside you can find all kinds of Ammo and Weapons, Mushroom, Brutes and other Mutants.

Mushroom Types:
Blue Mushrooms (Anti-Radiation)
Red Mushrooms (Healing also used in Crafting for better Bandage and or Arrows for Radiation Poisoning)
Burgundy Mushroom (Edible - Just eat upon finding these..lol)
