Hi everybody. The end of the year is a time of many public holidays and I think everyone can't miss this wonderful time. The weekend is the time when most people will have a rest so they can have more energy after a week of studying and working, to calculate plans for the new week, to gather with their loving home, or to relax. Is to be with your friends on long trips, enjoy nature, relax and watch the clouds fly in the deep blue sky.
In the previous post, I had a trip to Quy Nhon beach with my friends, in today's article, I will continue to write about our trip to the Central Highlands. The place that I want to introduce to everyone is Mang Den.

Mang Den is a town in Kon Plong district, Kon Tum Province, Vietnam located on a plateau with an altitude of 1200m above sea level, Mang Den has located about 50km from Kon Tum city and Quy Nhon city center about 200km. After a trip to Quy Nhon beach town, our group decided to go to Mang Den to choose as the next place to stop. We started very early to go in the direction of National Highway 19, passing through An Khe Pass to reach Mang Den Plateau. On this road, the road surface is quite bad due to being repaired, with winding roads and abysses on the mountainside. The length of this pass road is 8km. Not only in the Northwest, there are impressive passes, but in these Central Highlands, you can also encounter winding and winding passes. Passing roads, connecting highland cities to coastal cities across Vietnam, with charming and unspoiled landscapes, this place is always a great land for those who love to explore backpacking.

When I arrived in Mang Den town, the first thing I felt most impressed with was the climate here. With an altitude of 1200m, this place has cool temperatures all year round and the tall pine trees on both sides of the road seem to welcome us. Away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the city to the land of Mang Den. Close your eyes, stretch out, take a deep breath to feel the fresh and airy air.

We arrived at Mang Den at 9 am, after a distance of 200km, our group found a roadside restaurant to eat and rest. This place sells grilled meat and grilled chicken, the meat is grilled in bamboo tubes, bringing a characteristic flavor of the mountains, very fragrant and delicious. After eating, our group found a hotel room so that we could rest and continue our journey to explore this land. We found a wooden house in a forest. This place is located in a tourist area of Pa Sy waterfall, the rent is quite cheap for a wooden house with a price of 200,000 VND, and can accommodate 8 people in this house.

Mang Den is an intact land surrounded by primeval forests, with a natural forest cover of over 70%, with a temperate climate, so it has a very rich flora and fauna. The average temperature here in the morning is around 22 degrees, but at night, the temperature can be very high down to 16 degrees, and it is quite cold for us when the climate below the coastal city is always above 32 degrees. So we like the cool climate here.

When the sun wakes up, lying in the wooden house, the sun rays begin to shine through the crack of the door, signaling a new day. In Mang Den, you will be able to slow down every minute, every second, the peace of the mountain scenery and the climate makes you wake up in a relaxed and peaceful mood.

That morning our group started across Dak-Ke Lake, a freshwater lake in Vietnam Naturally, as one of the largest lakes here, this place is also very close to the Pa Sy waterfall tourist area. The space here is very peaceful with a quiet lake surface and green mountain scenery and every spring, this place is the place to bloom peach blossoms, a very beautiful flower of the land here. Next to Dak-Ke lake, there is a traditional stilt house, which sells coffee and typical local dishes. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the early morning here, watching the lake surface at dawn is also a great thing to help us feel relaxed when entering this place.

Leaving behind the bustling life of the city, returning to live in the middle of the sky even for a day, I can feel the peace of people here. Mang Den has neither modern features nor new urban areas, nor is it as poetic and ancient as Da Lat, but Mang Den brings with it a wild beauty and primeval forests that make them feel peaceful, just want lie under the trees that enjoy this land. My article introducing the place of Mang Den ends here. Thank you all for reading and supporting my post. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
