Exercise they say is good for the health and makes one body fit and agile. It's been a while that I have try to do some workout now, since I have been busy trying to work things out for my family and engaged in so many other things.
When it comes to sports, I am a lover of football and I am part of one local time in my area here where I practice. But since I have gotten married things have changed a lot. I barely get time for workout at home not to talk of going to field for practicing, going to work is what I only do since taking care of the family has been my priority.
Lately I discovered that I have started gaining weight and also my stomach is becoming plumpy which is what I hate most. I hate when body is in a bad shape and I love to maintain my body and seeing my tummy becoming as flat as before.
So this week I tried to create time for myself by engaging myself with some workout inside my room
Since I don't have any machine for workouts then I have to use my body instead. I hope to get some machine for workouts in the nearest future. I started the workouts by first raising my legs towards the wall and lying my back flat on the floor. Then I started using my hands to touch my toes going tro and fro so as to deal with my plumpy tummy and also stretching my back because of pains that I am feeling there lately.
Here I just have to stretch my upper body especially my back for the pain to ease.
I must confess that I have been lazy and I am exposed to my wife when doing push-up . I was mocked by my wife but I take it as a challenges to improve myself.
Push-up is one my favorite back in the days but I hardly go 20 rounds before I fall down flat on my belly and making gist of myself.
Since they say "practice makes perfect" I will have to improve myself and works on my body. When one keep his body fit and engaged in exercise everyday, I heard is good for health wise and is the best way one can burn out some calories from the body instead of taking unnecessary drugs that will later have great and bad effect on ones body.
