Hey Steem,
I was having someone over and wanted to make a nice little entre' before going out. Very simple and super cheap and tasty. Heres a little walkthrough.
I start bye sorta coring or stumping em.
Than dicing up those offcuts.
Diced white/brown onion(Small).
Than into a pan to sweat off with a little chicken stock powder(personal taste), garlic minced, salt and pepper.
While this is sauteing we cook the bases, seasoning oil spray or butter and under the grill.
Once they are both cooked out a bit and feel good to you pull em out and cool em to handling temp.
Once cooled and empty of the liquid stuff with the onion mix. Top with cheese.
Than in under the grill to finish them up.
Let them cool down. Make the garnish.
Plate, present consume.
