Hello everyone in this wonderful community! I’m back again today to share with you a lovely evening of vallenato music at a beautiful spot I’d never been to before—an evening filled with heartfelt ballads—which I thoroughly enjoyed with my daughter, my daughter-in-law, and my son-in-law, who was also there with her, along with her coworkers.

Hola a todos en esta linda comunidad, hoy nuevamente aparezco por aquí para compartir con ustedes una linda noche de vallenatos en un lindo lugar que no conocía, una noche de despecho con toda esa música, y que disfruté mucho con mi hija, mi consuegra y mi yerno, que también estaba con ella, sus compañeros de trabajo.
It was a nightclub where all you could see were the colorful lights, and where you realized just how meaningful this music is to all Colombians. They sang every song that played there with so much feeling—with their whole hearts, I’d say. It really was a great night, and even though I didn’t know all the songs that were playing, I sang along to the ones I did know while we enjoyed a few drinks.

Era un lugar nocturno donde solo percibías las luces de colores del lugar y donde te dabas cuenta de lo significativa que es esta música para todos los colombianos. Cantaban cada canción que allí sonaba con mucho sentimiento, con el alma, diría yo. La verdad que fue una gran noche y, aunque no todas las canciones que sonaban me las sabía, también canté las que me sabía mientras disfrutábamos de unos tragos.
I hadn't had the chance to visit a place like this before; as far as I know, this used to be the old Hotel Luna, a very iconic spot here in the city of Cali. I hope to have the opportunity to attend another fabulous event like this one. I know this kind of music isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I personally loved it. No había tenido la oportunidad de asistir a un lugar como este, según tengo entendido que este lugar era el antiguo Hotel Luna, un lugar muy emblemático aquí en la ciudad de Cali. Espero tener la oportunidad de asistir a otro fabuloso evento como este. Sé que este tipo de música no es del gusto de muchas personas, pero a mí en lo particular me encantó.
