Hi Steemians!
Like lots of you guys here, I love travelling and exploring new lands, meeting new people and learning their culture. So my first entry will be about one of the most exciting things that I’ve experienced when I go travel. It’s the art of crossing the street in Vietnam, a lovely country in the Southeast Asia.
It may sound normal as you guys might think it’s a piece of cake. But before I tell more about it, let’s take a look at the video below to see how the people there cross the street:

I know, crazy as hell! That’s what I think when the first time I came there. Forget about waiting for the traffic to stop, forget about zebra crossings, and forget about traffic lights. Traffic there is a giant symphony that every driver will be the conductor and the only way you can cross the street is just going straightforward. No one will hit you, reallyyy!

Come on, don’t be afraid, see how the man cross the street in the clip? I’m sure he has mastered the technique.
Most of the vehicles on the streets are motorbikes, since it is costly to buy a car in Vietnam. People riding those motorbikes are quite careful when they drive and are cautious not to crash into pedestrians.
All you have to do is to keep moving at a slow pace and you will be likely to make it to the other side safe and sound. Let’s take a look at the video once again!
Did he just get lucky? Oh no, it’s as normal as everything happens in that country day by day.
Traffic in Vietnam is truly magical, isn’t it? It’s a wonder that no one gets hurt in such a congested traffic. Crossing the street on your own hasn’t been something brag-worthy since you were a kid, but making it across in Vietnam is a victory.
Trust me, it seem you have a funny little win, it gonna be one memorable experience!
