I asked the question yesterday evening about what the Monday morning would bring and whether it would follow the Monday morning pattern from the last weeks in which it pushes the price upwards as the investors and fund managers return to their jobs on Monday morning.
I was kind of skeptical, and I wouldn't really trust it as a pattern forever, but seeing that the time is soon 09.00 where I am located, I also realize that Bitcoin has gone through the $70,000 level and is currently trading at $71,000. I am not sure if it will stay there, or just go further up, or what will happen, but I sure like what I see early Monday morning.
I am also curious to see how the Duncan will impact the Ethereum blockchain, an upgrade that is set to happen on March 13, that again will make it much cheaper to do things on layer-2 blockchains. As a result, I do expect the price of Ethereum to go up, but I would also seriously expect the price of the layer two blockchains like Mantle, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Optimism to rise.
