Hello just a short little food fun from the homestead! My wife and I have been trying to eat better and this recipe is by Weight Watchers. This salmon with Basil Dijon Cream Sauce is wonder and also healthy. We added brussel sprouts and some Uncle Ben's Wild rice as sides. The meal was hardy and satisfied my hunger, which I always hungry, so for this to satisfy me is awesome, plus its healthy win win in my book!
