After the last couple of posts about alcohol (albeit very high quality alcohol with no hangover.. yay!) - I decided it was time to make a new juice recipe and this one is heavenly!
The taste is fresh, lively, sweet and very refreshing - so much better than anything you can buy in a supermarket.
Ingredients
You can use whatever ratio of ingredients you prefer, I used about three times the amount of hard fruit to soft fruit. Fresh, organic fruits are always best - these ones came from trees and bushes near to my house, with the exception of the strawberries which were bought frozen in a supermarket.
Roughly:
3 pears
4 apples
1 cup of mixed strawberries and raspberries
Juice that all up, give it a stir and you are done!
