Hello Steemit friends, today I'll share another Pakistani dish with you guys.
Kofta is a family of meatball or meatloaf dishes found in South Asian, Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Central Asian cuisine. In the simplest form, koftas consist of balls of minced or ground meat usually beef, chicken, lamb, or pork.
Method :
Grind roasted chana, coconut powder, green chillis, coriander leaves and keep aside.
Take mince meat wash it and squeeze all water and run in the grinder,add to chana powder,add red chilli powder,salt, Garam masala powder and little bit of oil and ginger, garlic paste.
Put a wok add water,let it boil make kofta balls put them in water reduce water and add oil.
Take a wok add oil heat up the oil,put bay leaf, black pepper cloves,green cardamom and add onion Paste.Let it become pink,add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 min.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt. Stirr it while adding water.
Add a glass of water cook it till you find oil on top add koftas and cook about 3 to 4 min.
Serve with rotis roti.
