At first I did not like his sets at all - but after Ibiza trips and the cooperation and late love of German and English folks I discoverd how sweet, pumping and uniting his mixes are and especially how Carl could convince his fellow countrymen to be nice - no shit drinking at all, no fights between our two nations Hive account@steevc we are used from football and other past shit but simply awesome music and a good feel atmosphere across nationalities that used to hate each other- he made it.

Brilliant one from Love Parade vs Sven Väth

Back in 1999 -- during the days i was hopping to all these events Carl and Sven been together uniting the love generation these days.

I personally love his set here produced for French-German TV station ARTE - playing Timewarp not that long ago - an event near my original home - finest Acid Tech House.

Carl is maybe not as famous across the world across all generations like the Beatles or the Rolling Stones but I consider him as similar important, even knowing many people simply do not like the electronic sounds at all - but he paved the way for international understanding.
