This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 3. I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!
Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal
My daily routine exists of writing 2 posts per day, replying to people, commenting on posts from followers and upvoters and watching a Steem video for 10 minutes per day as a means of learning something new.
Today a follower called told me that I can select the payout from each post to be 100% Steem Power or 50% Steem Dollar and Steem Power. I didn't know what that means so far! Thank you Adamantine!
Besides that I also talked with a guy called who told me a couple of things about Steemit, upvoted my content and even resteemed my latest post! In return I helped him to improve his website! Thank you as well!
Personal Goals
Guitar Mastery - Play 90% of the Song "Asylum" by "Disturbed" successfully by July 2018
I got a little bit faster than I was yesterday but It wasn't enough to improve my score on the song. I only have 7 months of 10 minute per day guitar practise and this song feels like I am not ever gonna be able to master it.
Note: I am not the person in this video! I shared this video to show you how fast it is! Hitting the Low E string with alternate picking that fast is a fucking pain in the ass!
Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018
Today I worked out but from home to not lose my strength because I couldn't properly workout in a week now! Everyone who seriously trains to get stronger needs to remember this: Lift regularly! It does not matter if some sessions are bad.
If you didn't lift weights in the last 7 days you get weaker and you can not allow yourself to let that happen every month! This has to be the exception!
Diary
Today was a very productive day overall and the tight feeling around my chest got much less and it is almost gone! I actually wanted to visit the doctor today to have my T-Levels checked but my sleep rhythm is now destroyed and it is 05:37 here in Germany as I write this.
I am not going to excuse this now because it is a lack of discipline from my part and I always had that problem since my childhood. Being self-employed makes that even worse. I really have to fix this bad habit.
I am a really productive person but sleeping is something I never seem to get fixed. My neighbors don't make that easier. However, I have seen them leave their home yesterday at 03:00 with a lot of bags. I guess they always come for a couple of weeks and then they leave again for a couple of months!
That means it will be more silent in my bedroom and that should make it easier to fix my sleep now that I am starting to feel better too. I am not perfect and I don't want to hide that from you guys. I want you guys to see the problems that I have while climbing the top so that you can avoid these problems!
I really have to fix my sleep. My sleeping problems have a silver lining tho, I know that many people have problems to get into flow after they wake up late. I don't have that problem because I am used to waking up at random times and forcing myself to be productive. If I fix my sleep I will become a productivity machine!
Conclusion: My followers (I hate that word, these people try to make money online, they are leaders in my opinion) gave me great tips today. I am feeling better and the day was very productive. Overall I call this one of the better days :)
