Waking up early

At 05:00 in the fucking morning. Yes you read right. You probably think now that I am a maniac. You will think that more often don't worry. So why to get up at 05:00 in the morning? The most important reason is that you simply have a time advantage over everyone else that wakes up later and this gives you an edge. SUCCESSFUL people always have secrets why they are and this is one of it. 

You wake up 2-3 hours earlier than people who work from 9-5. You will have lots of time to have a super healthy and empowering meal. Time to do some body weight exercises. Time to take a cold shower and also time to dress up and do housework and more time to groom yourself. 

If you have time left you can now sit on your couch and relax for some minutes. You can also read a book or take time for your hobby. And before you leave the house you sit on your chair feeling like a king.

Grooming Routine "I already groom myself" 

Let us see then what we can improve! Let's start with the basics. You have to cold shower every morning. Then you need to shave. Your genitals, under your arms and your beard (how you like it). Your beard should look groomed otherwise you failed at owning a beard. 

Then you need to brush your teeth every morning and before going to bed. Style your hair with some hair-gel if you like it. Trim your fingernails and feet nails. Now you need to buy some skin cream for dry places especially for your face. Women love a good looking face. It makes you look fresh. 

You need tweezers for your eyebrows. And last but not least you need perfume. Visit Douglas or other shops for perfume preferably with a women. If no women goes with you ask a Lady there to help you. Don't be afraid... you will like them.
