I wanted to update the crypto community of possible issue you could face with Changelly.com
I sent about 155,000 SYSCOIN (SYS, about $34,000) to exchange for USDT (USD TETHER) about noon time today and it's just after 8pm here and the transaction is still processing.
I did another smaller test exchange of 2,400 SYSCOIN (SYS) and it went through less than 10 minutes.
Changelly.com may have issues with larger transaction amounts, so I caution everyone to put smaller amounts when doing exchanges or your funds may be stuck all day (if not days). Then you run the risk of the market going down and losing your gains/profits. If you do lose funds because of delays on Changelly.com side then it's on you. Sorry.
Please see the attached screen shot with the larger SYSCOIN sell order of 155,000, which still has been processing for over 8 hours and compare it with my smaller transaction of 2,400 SYSCOIN which went through in less than 10 minutes.
Also, I have put in a customer service ticket over 4 hours ago with no response yet.
Here is what I propose to Changelly to work on as a company so they can become a better company and service for us:
I hope Changelly.com can do 3 things:
(1) Address Changelly.com network transaction capacity issues or explain to us the customers what is currently being done.
(2) Address Changelly.com customer service issues, addressing to us the customers how customer service will improve or what is currently being done to improve customer service to get faster responses.
(3) Address Changelly.com live customer support solutions. I believe, we the customers should be able to speak with a live person or at least have a live chat agent online to feel that our funds are secure.
