Welcome back to my recipe series!
I am happy to share some breakfast inspo with you today, because honestly, I am the biggest breakfast fan ever;) Though I wake up late most of the days because I work until late and my baby keep me busy at night, I never miss a breakfast meal! I always prepare some soaked dates for my hot chocolate in the evening, and sometimes I soak my oats for overnight oats.
After waking up in the morning, I drink a lot of lukewarm water. Often I add some lemon juice or apple vinegar to it for the health benefits. Then a little bit later, I start my pre-breakfast with fruits, because I like to take my time to prepare my breakfast meal and usually I am already very hungry when I wake up, so I need something in between.
During the winter time I love to have something warm for breakfast, my delicious hot chocolate (the best hot chocolate ever!), and I also cook some rolled oats with flaxseeds, raisins and banana. The toppings I use most of the time is coconut butter, sometimes coconut nectar, fruits, homemade jam or peanut butter.
This is the easiest overnight oats ever, simply soak rolled oats, some shredded coconut, chia and in the morning blend with blue spirulina or berries/banana and add the toppings you like the most. I added some vanilla-coconut whip to these jars!
My beloved warm homemade jam with some millet porridge. I make the jam with frozen berries most of the time, simply heat them and when needed add one splash of water. Then I blend the berries to have my jam smooth. I always enjoy my jam warm, and there is no need for sugar at all. Berries are sweet enough for me and my baby boy. (My boyfriend likes it sweeter though haha!)
A simple oat-millet meal with nutbutter, melted chocolate (because why not), fruits and berries and one cup of almond-cinnamon latte! The best latte you can make yourself;) I love it so much, it belongs definitely to one of my favourite drinks.
I hope you enjoyed my tips and my pictures! Feel free to ask me qustions and leave a upvote and comment below! I am happy to get your feedback.
