Having a delightful lunch of organic greens, micro broccoli greens, sugar plum tomatoes & hemp seeds providing me with almost 20 grams of protein, b vitamins, & the much needed magnesium and iron that most of the US population is not getting enough of because we aren't eating our dark leafy greens!
Begin eating one large salad a day and notice the difference in your body. And I don't mean a few romaine leaves with 1/2 cup of dairy ranch and a mound of bacon and cheese on top. I'm talking about kale, spinach, arugula, maybe a lil romaine with raw veggies, seeds, maybe some sprouts and dressed with SIMPLE ingredients i.e. avocado, tomato, lemon juice, coco aminos, olive oil.
These types of salads are the salads that leave you feeling full.
When the body is hungry, it's asking for NUTRIENTS, not mounds of food.
