Weekly Choice: Yi Wei Yi Corner

Hello dear food lovers. Last Friday evening, I and my husband went to ITCC Food Village, ITCC Mall, Penampang. My daughter had a School Mini Concert at the Ballroom on the 2nd Floor. As we reached the mall, it suddenly started to rain heavily so we decided to window shop for a while and then hunt for food in the mall while waiting for my daughter's event to finish.

As I said in my previous post, the food court is spacious and clean.

This time around we tried this shop. Its Chinese food corner that served no pork.

Here are the menus available for customer to order.

I ordered this Mee Hun Goreng Ayam or Fried Vermicelli mixed with sliced chicken meat. It's tasty and beautifully cooked with some vege, fried egg and Char Siu Chicken. This Char Siu Chicken is the chicken version of Chinese Barbecue Pork. Its oven-roasted with sweet and savory Chinese Char Siu sauce taste.

My husband ordered this Mee Hun Curry. He said that it was spicy yet delicious.

For drinks, I ordered this warm Lemon Tea and Hot Coffee for him.

The food and drinks that we ordered were really nice. While it was raining like cats and dogs outside, we enjoyed our meal like it was sunny outside.

This meal costed RM18.00 (USD4.35). Considered cheap compare to other restaurants inside the mall.
