Ingredients:
white flour (maida)
Potato (aalu) 🍠
Onion
Green chilli
Coriander
Garlic
Oil
recipe:
Step 1:
Take water in the cooker according to how much you have potato .
Step 2:
Now put the cooker on high flame and turn off the gas after 3,4 whistles.
Step 3:
Remove boiled potatoes in a plate and cool them.
Step 4:
When the potatoes have cooled down, peel the potatoes.
Step 5:
Mash the potatoes a little.
Step 6:
• Take refined flour in a plate and add so much oil to it that it looks like
Step 7:
• Knead the flour with the help of water
Step 8:
Now in a plate, cut onion, green chilli, garlic , coriander .
Step 9:
• Heat the oil in a pan.
• And fry the chopped material .
• And mix potatoes and make spices.
Step 10:
Now take another kadhai, add 1 liter of oil and heat it lightly.
Step 11:
• When the oil is slightly hot, put the samosas in the pan.
• Overheated but do not put samosa.
• Bake the samosas on a low flame ..
Samosa is ready to eat now.
