My walk on Wednesday today is a hiking trip that I did with friends to the Stara Planina peak Razboyna.
We started the hike from the town of Kotel. We walked under tall coniferous trees.
We continued to the Chuturka area, which is a famous villa area.
One of the forks in the road led us to a path through the forest which we took.
We passed by beautiful trees.
It was full of forest flowers and medicinal primrose.
We saw a huge anthill.
After a long climb we reached Razboyna Peak.
It is 1128 m high and is the highest peak in the Kotla-Vrbishki section of the Balkan Mountains.
The peak was used as a refuge by the groups of Altanla Stoyan, Kara Tanas, Hadji Dimitar, Georgi Rakovski, Stefan Karadzha and Panayot Hitov.

There were no panoramic views at the top, but the surroundings were beautiful to look at, and the walk itself was very pleasant.
