Hello lovely readers , today I will share with you my recipe of "Vainita Saltada" this dish is really easy to prepare it is a stir fry so it will not take long to prepare.
Some tools/Ingredients I used , will be at the bottom of the post
Vainita Saltada| Servings : 4
Ingredients :
- vegetable Oil
- 1 Chicken breast , diced
- 2.5 Cups of Beans cut into two
- 2 Red Onions , cut into wedges
- 2 Tomatoes , cut into wedges
- 1/4 Cup of Cilantro leaves
- 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of "ají amarillo paste"
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 3 Potatoes diced and deep fried
- Salt and Pepper
Steps :
- In boiling water add your beans and let them cook for 3 min then reserve.
- In a hot wok or pan add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil then add chicken and seal 1 min per side , stir fry then reserve.
- In the same pan add onions, ají amarillo paste , beans and let them cook for at least 3 min then add chicken back , saute and add cilantro , tomatoes, fried potatoes, soy sauce , vinegar a pinch of pepper , stir and its good to go.
