Sick of anxiety. Sick of being afraid. It is so exhausting. I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for over a decade. The medication helps but not a lot. The therapy has helped but is not a cure. The single greatest thing I have ever done for myself is practicing meditation. It calms my mind when it is racing. It comforts me when I am full of fear.
