Hi friends..! today I am going to share food photography .
This is vegetable is seasonal and we can find in the market during monsoon . It is rich in fibre and vitamins. It is cooling to the body easy to digest, good for cough, fevers increases appetite and good for the kidney . So friends make a simple rosted vegetable of it.
Cut the kantola lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Slice them semicircle like. Add one tsp of salt & mix. Now lightly rub the kantola with your hand. Leave it to rest for atleast ten minutes. It will leave water. Wash the kantola under runing water to remove the extra salt.
Heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds. When the splattering , starts , add garlic & onion. When onion become pink, add turmeric poder, hing , masala & salt for one minute add val beans, little water and salt to test . Mix well cover and cooks for seven to eight minutes . Add squeezed kantola slices & masala , add some water mix well cover & cook for ten minutes. Add jaggery mix well cover and cook. Garnishes coriander & serve hot chapati and bhakari.
