Ingredient :
- Yogurt - 3 Tsp
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Red chilli - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 4 Tsp
- Big onion - 1 nos
- Salt for Taste
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Venison (Deer) - 2 lb
- Basmathi (Briyani) Rice - 1 1/2 lb
- Green chilli - 4 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Cinnamon - 5 nos
- Cloves - 5 nos
- Bay leaves - 4 nos
- Green Cardamom - 7 nos
- Mind leaves
- Cilantro (Coriander) Leaves
- Lemon juice - 2 Tsp
Step 1 : Pre heated cooker
Step 2 : Add 4 Tsp of oil
Step 3 : Add 7 nos of Green Cardamom
Step 4 : Add 4 nos of Cinnamon
Step 5: Add 3 nos of Cloves
Step 6 : Add 4 nos of bay leaves
Step 7 : Add Chopped big Onion
Step 8 : ** keep 1/10 of the chopped for later use **
Step 9: Saute till its brown
Step10 : Add 1 Tsp of Ginger & Garlic Paste
Step11 : Saute for few minutes
Step12 : Add mind leaves
Step13 : Add Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Step14 : Saute for few minutes
Step15 : Add 1 Tsp of Red chilli powder
Step16 : Saute for few minutes
Step17 : Add 3 Tsp of Yogurt
Step18 : Saute for few minutes
Step19: Add 100 ml of Coconut milk
Step20 : Add 1 cup of Hot water
Step 21 : Boil 5 minutes
Step 22 : Add Venison (Deer) 2 lb
Step 23 : Remaining Chopped Onion
Step 24 : Add Chopped Tomato
Step 25 : Add 2 Tsp of Lemon Juice
Step 26 : Salt for Taste
Step 27 : Saute for few minutes
Step 28 : Add 3 nos of Green chilli
Step 29 : ** Cook around 40 minutes in above -medium
flame and 20 minutes in below - medium flame **
Step 30 : Add 1/2 Tsp of Salt
Step 31 : Add 2 nos of Cloves
Step 32 : Add 1 nos of Cinnamon
Step 33: Add mind leaves
Step 34 : Add Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Step 35 : Add 1/2 Tsp Fennal seeds
Step 36 : Saute for few minutes
Step 37 : Add Basmathi (Briyani) Rice
Step 38: ** Rice only to be cooked at 20% at this time **
Step 39 :** Drain the water from the Rice before mixing it to the content **
Step 40 :** Add a cup of hot Water **
Step 41: ** Important see the water level **
Step 42 : Add mind leaves & Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Step 43 :
** IMPORTANT **
** Cook 5 mins in the high - flame **
** 5 mins in medium - flame **
** 10 to 15 mins in low - flame **
** Don't let the Pressure cooker whistle **
Step 44 : ** wait until the Pressure is released **
Step 45 : Briyani is Ready 😋😋
