Going out for a walk today I saw a plant called nettle and I want to talk about it.
I am sure that nettle is familiar to many of us and many felt its burns in contact with it.
Personally, I had burns from nettle many times in my childhood and over the years I tried to avoid contact with nettles, although sometimes it was difficult to avoid.
But for some diseases, such as rheumatism and back pain, nettle has healing properties, it is used in the form of compresses and tinctures.
I also heard that nettle can be used as a natural remedy for dandruff and general hair strengthening.
Young nettle, especially in spring, very well raises hemoglobin, if you cook it in the form of tea.
In some countries, nettles are used in cooking, but I have not tried such dishes.
In general, if you look deeper, then scorching nettle can be useful if used correctly and my attitude towards it changes for the better.
I wish you all happiness and good mood!
